yup, if you’re using Xp u just go to control panel and adjust your language selection there. First you click the “install east asian languages” box and then in advanced you click all asian languages you wanna install. And then you gotta apply that first before you can type asian languages. There’s another advanced option you gotta click and look for “install keyboard” option. You gotta install all chinese/korean/japanese keyboard there. click on each option. but then the letters wouldn’t show up on your keyboard so you gotta test them one by one to know which buttons stand for what letter in the language. ^^
