I found the breeder. Is this a good one, or should their dogs earn more points or whatever before you’d consider them?

It’s the breeder that gave us our Toy Poodle..long story..that is looking to POSSIBLY one day buy from them. Not sure if they’ll actually do it.
Oh, no, I support rescue. I don’t buy from breeders at all, but I have no problem with reputable breeders with Ch or Working Titled dogs that breed.
Her dogs are from questionable bloodlines to begin with..

Shows her dogs, but no CH titles. I dont like that she has the pups listed as “pet or show”.. honestly those pups are something I’d be leery to put up in the show ring, there’s far better examples.
